Hi

I've just logged into my work website, we have special offers for staff to get software super cheap. Instead of finding what I was looking for, I found a Windows 8 Mac Version only :confused:

Well I normally the tech that looks after all mac stuff at work and I was expecting adobe cs 6 master collection as asked for to be uploaded this weekend, God knows what this is.. but I have a noisy around and see what this version this is when I get to work.
 
I'm guessing it's a system builder type license, since a Mac off the production line doesn't have a qualifying OS to upgrade from and you need a full license for a virtual machine.

I've emailed the company that we use as a gateway for the software to see what the difference is, no one here knows anything about it.
 
the company just got back in with me, there's not difference in the software build it just that the mac version comes downloaded as an iso and the windows version comes down as a program that downloads and burns a disc.

Nothing to get excited about, just that there been a few cases that people can't do anything with the exe on macs.
