Windows 8 Mail App and Exchange

Has anyone configured the Windows 8/8.1 mail app with Exchange?

Whilst Outlook will also be on the machines, the CIO wants the mail app to have a first look preview for the end user. The mail app allows more than one account which is fine, but I have seen reference to this article, but to be fair, it's not entirely clear.

I've been using it for a while with Exchange and it appears to work fine. I would simply advise testing it on one of your domain joined machines. I can't see there being a major problem.

I have it on my surface RT with my personal outlook.com account and my work office 365 account, I also have these setup in outlook desktop app as well on the same machine. Everything works as expected.
