Windows 8 multi upgrade question

Hi , guys , iv upgraded our main pc with a £25 download of W8 , which is on a flash drive . Iv run out of DVD"s and in any case all my DVD drives seem to have one issue or another , therefore I was wondering if you can upgrade another pc , well infact two more with the same flash drive , and just somehow buy the licence keys Would this work ?

Also one of my pc"s is a HP , everything is tied down to that MB , and original HD with its recovery partition . Would there be any issues in the upgrade , since I dont have a licence key or any backup , would it kill all the HP software on their which is the control for the factory recovery ect .

Yes it will work just fine, just enter the different keys at the start of the install

Thanks , just trying to find how to obtain the product key only now , microsoft website sends you around the houses , ok if you want to download to the machine your on ect , but im on one already with W8 , and it dont look like the other one is going to be vacant anytime soon , so was trying just to find a link where i can pay and write it down ect .
