Windows 8 pricing question

I have a quick look round and windows 8 pro upgrade is between £60-£70 yet window 8 upgrade is £100 am i missing something? I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

I'm a Battlefield fan and its so much smoother on 8 id probably go dual OS boot, so if its cheap enough i would buy as i got nearly 900 hours out of BF3

If you look on that auction site you can get it for £55 from a proper auction shop so it is legit
