windows 8 queery

Wondering if anyone can help me. Last week was having trouble with my GPUs and a fresh install was advised. So I formatted my HDD however I can't for the life of me find my copy of windows 8.1. I also don't have access to another PC or laptop to download a copy and no o e seems to have a copy available.

I was wondering if anyone knows best advice on how to go about getting a copy on disc so I can finally install it. This has been over a week and can't for life of me find anyone to get a copy from

Do you have a USB flashdrive or an external dvd drive?
If you have one or the other, just go down to your local library and download a copy.
You will need to use Windows7 USB/DVD tool to make the flashdrive or disc bootable.

I have a flash drive however my library has there PCs locked down tho and I'm unable to DL that type of stuff unfortunately

Keel no worries. Worst part is I have a friend who has a copy on USB and he won't even come Down and let me use it for half hour or won't allow me to go up and college t it

Do you know which version of Windows 8 it is. Then I can burn you a copy and send you it.
