I want to try and use what I have at the moment to limit bandwidth to the Xbox on my network to say 10mb/s (i'm on 60mb Virgin)
Currently I have the following setup -
Virgin Media -> Homeplug -> Switch -> Server/Media PC + 2nd Ethernet cable to 2nd Switch -> 3 Remaining systems (Including the Xbox)
I want to limit the bandwidth to the Xbox and was thinking about running the network through the Server/Media PC and using some software if possible to limit the bandwidth to the Xbox.
Is this possible?
Or is my only option to buy a router that will do this for me?
