Windows 8 upgrade assistant

Sure this has been asked before but did a search and couldn't find it

If I buy Windows 8 through the upgrade assistant for £25, will it download an ISO that I can burn to a DVD and do a clean install? Or if not is there another way to do this? TIA

You can do a USB or disc, I have mine on a USB.
