windows 8 user account control

I have a dell venue 11 pro and having some gripes with the "user account control"

If i need to do anything it asks me for permission, it won't even update my antivirus without it. Any idea how I go about changing things?

go to search on windows 8 and then put in UAC, you should see a option for "change user account control settings"

click on this and you will get the slide bar to change the settings to what you want.
