My sister bought an Acer pc last year, her kids have been using it and she had a few virus so i reinstalled windows with the recovery cd.
When the pc was new we had the option to either use xp or vista there were 2 cd in the pack that came with the pc we used XP
So i reinstalled with XP then went to reactivate windows but the key on the side of the case is the vista key and this wont activatate the xp install has anyone had this problem before and what can i do to activate windows
