Windows and desktop settings?

Every time I load up bf3 I get a windows message. Do I want to change the colour scheme/desktop appearance.
I have an i7 12 gig of ram and a 560ti.
How do I get windows to stop popping up with the message?

Is this a bug after a recent patch? Because there is another thread here asking the same thing.
