windows automatic updates restart popup

How do i stop it poping up and bringing me out of games all the time. I know i did it once on old os and i thought i got the info from here in a sticky but i cant find the info anymore.

Go into Control Panel > Automatic Updates and select 'Download Updates for me, but let me choose when to install them' or 'Notify me but don't automatically download or install them'.

No its not that. Its after u have clicked for them to download through the yellow shield icon near clock. The prob is when there installed it wants u to restart but i dont want to till im ready to turn off for the night. And it keeps poping up a restart message. I know you can disable the restart poping up but forgot how.

Change the option with gpedit.msc.

Either enable No auto-restart for schedule Automatic Updates installations or set Re-prompt for restart with scheduled installations to a long time interval.
