Windows boot manager

sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but here goes:


I have windows xp and windows vista installed on a 80gb hard drive my boot hdd...

and everything installed on other hdd's etc etc..


But, when i fire up my pc to boot from vista or xp, it says vista twice and "boot from older versions of windows"..
i cannot remember how to delete the windows vista which doesnt do nothing, and i cant remember how to rename the windows xp one to windows xp..

any help would be appreciated thanks
