Windows - burning CDS

hi guys,

i usually burn cds by just right clicking on files and going send to E:

then a ballon comes up bottom left which tells me i have files waiting to be burnt. however that ballon has dissapeared and now i cant find how to go ahead and burn the CD.

i think i am being dumbe here, can you tell me what to do next?
