I am using Vista Home Premiun. I keep getting the following message on my desktop : Windows Calender has stopped Working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Close program.
I have not been notifyed of a solution and cannot find one anywhere. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what is the remedy.

I have the problem too. Whenever I make an entry and reboot it stops working. It's very annoying and I hope it's fixed soon. It's pretty useless as it stands.

I get exactly the same. Bit of a frustrating bug. It goes away if you uncheck "show alerts even when Windows Calendar isn't running" in the options, which means that the calendar is still useable as long as you don't want it to remind you of events.

Try this, I have not tried it myself yet. Got it from MS newsgroups and understand it works.

Go into the Task
Scheduler, and delete the "Task Scheduler Library / Microsoft / Windows
Calendar" folder. Before you can delete the folder, you have to delete any
tasks in that folder.

Yes it appears to have worked for me. Nice Find. Many thanks. :)
