Windows constantly misted up

Hi, Have a W Reg Renault laguna. and recently during all this cold weather it seems to be foggind / misting up the inside of the windows.

Why is this. seems ok when I am driving after have the rear demister on for a while, but when i get out, within 30 minutes there misted up again, I have a DOG (Clever git lol) Ninja Edit that often travels in the back, but this problem is happening without him in the car.

Just wondered if it was just a weather/temperature realted issue.

Perhaps preying would help.

Its the cold weather. Happens to everyone. Get some rain x anti fog.

water leaking into the boot maybe?

Sounds like damp in the car, perhaps you have a water leak?

Im a Chef, tis possible I have had some Leeks in there before.. :confused:

Can you use Rain X etc inside a vehicle then?

At the end of the day thats not going to fix the problem, you have condensation in the car thats prolly cause by a leak in a seal someplace...

damp in the car?
checked the air filters? (if it has them...iunno lol)
is it set to recirculate air? (causes horrendous misting in my gf's matiz)

Does the car have aircon, if so try running it when using the demisters.

most likely damp in the car, as has been said

just run it for a while with the heater on max and the window *slightly* open

the inside has got damp due to humidity...

Best you can do is run the aircon, recirculate and heater at the same time to remove the mositure in the car... it soaks into the seats so may take some time...

think its a french thing

my picasso is the same

only way to clear it is constant use of aircon

my Xsara also does this, I need to get round to replacing that rear window de-mister fuse!
