Windows Crash "Processor Core"

Hi,

Getting this crash, never really had it whilst gaming or running anything intensive, I was walking downstairs and I could hear my PC spin up and knew it was rebooting.

Could it be due to PBO Tuner on the 5800X3D? Or a sign the CPU is knackered?

Checking event viewer I can see the error is the following:

A fatal hardware error has occurred.
