Windows Currupt File

Hi Guys

Just come home and there seems to be an error appearing every so often! :confused:

It basically says a file is currept in windows and asks me to run the Check Disk utility, Ive searched for it and run it but still getting the error :confused:

Any ideas?

chkdsk /f, the select the options to allow the system to scan upon reboot. The default chkdsk that runs is read only and doesn't fix the issue.
