everytime itunes updates it adds, itunes, quick time and mobile me - anyway i can say no to this? as i disable them and then they come back with an update.

when you stop a service in msconfig does tha stop it for good or just that session?

it stops it untill you switch it back on. although i did have a few problems with xp with programs re-enabling startup by its self not experienced anything like that with vista 64 yet.

Remove Apple Updater from ADD/Remove Progs.

It add its even if you tell it not to at install.

That's why I hate Apple and Will never own a IPOD or have Itunes near my PC.

Yeap, I don't even allow friends' iPods near my machine. If it's being plugged in then it better have a pfs symbol and can be accessed by drag/drop.

i'm not a fan of apple or itunes, but was given an ipod touch by work and to be fair it's a good mp3 player, but year itunes sucks monkey nuts!
