Windows Defender

Id like to know also as ive just upgraded to vista this week and my spybot search and destroy and adaware dont work in vista, i have windows defender running and ive visited sites i know have spyware on xp but vista defender has picked nothing up, so either its imba and blocked all or its not picking stuffs up :)
 
Nope, and yes.

It actually has one of the worst detection rates out of all the anti-spyware vendors - although it does do a good job of cleaning the ones it does recognise.
 
spyware blaster should always be used, it just enables protection to stop a lot of currently known spyware from installing, it doesn't run in memory so there's no downside to using it
