Windows defender?

Is windows defender an efficient AV program? will it keep me safe or do i need to install sluggish 3rd party applications to keep me safe?

Get Microsoft security essentials. Its windows defenders bigger brother so speak and is much better.

yup. it should even be offered through windows update. but you can always download it yourself here.....
