Hi all,
My uncle had MSN desktop search and MSN toolbar installed on his PC. I removed them via Add/Remove programs, but now when he boots his PC he gets an error message along the lines of "#gen_windows_desktop_search# could not load config file" and mentioned something about rTray admin (or something similar).
This error message can't be dismissed as another appears - his system is incredibly unstable now and will reboot at will. He is getting high CPU and RAM usage too. How can I get rid of the Windows Desktop search for good?
Cheers,
Matt
