Windows detected a hard disk problem.

Hi everyone,

Bought my computer from OCuK in January and it's been fine until yesterday when it randomly crashed. After restarting I started getting a "Windows detected a hard disk problem" message.

Does anyone know anything about this? Because it seems to be working ok still?

Under the 'Health' tab it says (05) Reallocated Sector Count has Failed.

My PC just crashed again sometime during the Error Scan.

So just to confirm, it is better to RMA via Seagate rather than OCuK?

Seagate are extremely anal about packaging!
