Windows detecting dual-cores

I have a e2180, in my System, control panel, it says:

E2180 @ 2.00GHz
6.19 GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM

I'm wondering why it says 6.19 GHz? Is this a error in Windows? I've not overclocked or anything, it's all stock.

Its a hint at what to aim for when overclocking

In all seriousness, I have no Idea why its saying 6.19GHz. That line should read the speed that is hard-wired into the CPU.

CPU-Z says it's 2ghz, so I guess the System one is bugged out, or I got some new Intel Chip?

strange you should ask this, my BIOS stated after a CMOS reset that the system was running at 4.6GHz

Would have been nice? On reboot is was gone.
