Ok, I'll try and explain this the best of my ability since this was explained to me via telephone from a friend.
His son changed a setting on his computer whereby you can see Windows booting up and see the loading screen, but the moment it's supposed to go into desktop, the screen becomes black and says " Cannot display this video mode".
Now, he cannot get back into the desktop to change it to the original setting. Any ideas on how to rectify that?
