windows domain mangement from a mac?

Hi

Does anyone manage a windows domain purely from a mac? without using bootcamp/VM/remoting into a windows machine, if so what software are you using?

I just need to do the standard stuff like AD management and GP editing.

I'm just sick of having to remoting into my windows workstation or slowing my machine down by running VM. I looked for a solution a few months back and couldn't find one.

remote onto the Microsoft Servers using Microsoft Remote Desktop. This is what I do but I am in a mixed Windows/OSX/Citrix/VMware/Cisco area.

I couldn't find a solution for it on OSX apart from RDP.
