Windows Dual monitor antics.

This has been royally ******* me off for days now. How do I stop windows from automatically playing a video full screen on the second monitor if I open it in a window on the first?

For instance, I load up a video from the net on my second monitor so I can work while I watch it. Bam, my first monitor decides I need to see it full screen and occasionally it's very difficult to close out of.

I'm sure theres a blatant option i'm missing, enlighten me.

are you using ultramon? if not, you should, it solved all my multi-monitor problems.

I've just downloaded it, and it's helpful. It doesn't seem to solve this "feature", though.

turn off overlay?

Porn appearing full screen at work when your trying to keep it to a small window!
followed by your frantic scrabbling to close or minimize

could always lock the screen (WIN + L), just have to hope it dont have sound

Go into the Nvidia drivers(assuming you use these) and turn off video overlay.
