Since I've had this computer, I've been experiencing a lot or random restarts and crashes. The thing that's causing the trouble is an 'unknown device driver' - and this is where my problem is! Is there any way to analyse the automatic dump files that windows makes to determine what is actually causing this? I know that .dmp files can be analysed, but can I do this, or would I need somebody else to do it for me?

This is the relevent information from the Event Viewer ...
Code:
Source: System Error | Category: (102) | Event ID: 1003
Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bf858a87, parameter3 9dbcf618, parameter4 00000000.
Any help would be really appreciated, as this is really starting to get a bit annoying :(
