Windows email on Dynamic Disk degradation?

I've got a little microserver running Windows 10 at the moment, with main storage being a couple of dynamic disk arrays in mirror setup.

As I run this headless, is there a way to set it up so if there is an issue with the dynamic disk setup it drops me an email so I can act before anything happens to the second disk?

G7 or Gen8? Gen8 has the better iLO which can be configured with an advanced licence to do all sorts of emails. You can also use the system management homepage to do some of it.
