Windows Error 0x00000050 help?

Basically i bought this computer:

and i keep getting this error message randomly when im using my computer:

It happened once before so i called overclockers, and they told me to remove the battery from the motherboard, i did this and i didnt get the message again for several days, until today. I was just wondering if anyone could please help me try to solve this problem. Thanks.
