Windows Error Code

Can anybody point me in the right direction to remove the Windows Error Code below

My laptop is running as normal

Error Code 0xc0150004

Need more info than that. What where you doing when it come up? What application is it from? Any more info?

Soon as i boot on desk top it appears on screen , saying The application was unable to start correctly

use msconfig to see what apps are starting (or trying to start) on startup and disable them to identify which one is causing the grief.

Alternatively, if you go to services and sort by Startup Type, it's more than likely the Automatic app that's failed will not be running and therefore easy to spot.
