Windows Error Recovery

what is causing this ?

I have tried everything I can think of to sort this! I loose all my recent windows updates etc.. every time I press repair.

Just start windows normally. These screens normally appear after your Pc has crashed for one reason or another

sometimes there isn't a option for start windows normally.Its happening more often,when I need restart after a Install for Instance.

is the system newly put together ?
that is unusual ...

built it last august.

And these errors are only just happening now ?
if so then I would try identify any hardware changes and any software changes and try undoing these to see if that solves the problem if these things don't help then I am afraid I am not to sure where to go.

I would grab the relevant HDD diagnostic tool and make sure your drive is ok first, then run Memtest to check your RAM.
