Windows error

I got a nice little windows error after installing updates. i whet shopping and let windows update. when i got home PC had gone to sleep mid update.
now i get a error when i log-on

I take it there is no input on this one. as i did a format 4 days ago i will just do a fresh install of windows

Have you ever joined this computer to a domain?

Run services.msc and set the mentioned group policy service to disabled.

i did what you said and it was same so just formated and started again last night

well no, like i said i just reinstalled.
i turned of ideling to sleep as that was the problem i had, it went to sleep mid update.
