Is the WEI comparable across different versions of Windows?
On the Aero graphics my old Vista64 setup got 5.0 and my new W7x64 gets 4.3. Different cards in each, so does that mean the 'old' card is better?
IIRC the Vista64 has a GF9500GT 512MB and the W7x64 has a GT620 1GB
