windows file transfer dialog

I guess it's been similar since back in 9x days, however when moving/copying files to different locations in windows, you get the good old, estimated time, and the current transfer speed. However as we all know this is very inaccurate, and doesn't actually display the full name or folders being moved.

Is there any modification to have a ftp transfer style display, where it actually tells you at what speed the files are moving at in realtime and what files/folders are actually being delt with.

I'm using win7pro
