Hi struggling here working out how to fix this , have no problems running linux ubuntu , or windows safe mode , just screen goes black when i get to W& sign in screen . When I press ALt-SHift-DEL , I get a full definition Windows flag logo type screen , but no mouse or options just sort of a wallpaper .
Iv just installed a new MB , a foxconn black ops 775 ddr3 type MB and installed windows .
I have installed the latest drivers from nvidia for the 560ti 2gb gainward , in safe mode after encountering this after the windows update install which loaded nvidia drivers , where the problem seemed to have started from . but then again i didnt get to the full resolution screen stage to sign in anyway so cant be sure .
Has anyone else had this issue or knows how to fix ? please !!!
