Windows going a little odd

I overclocked my Q6600 to 3.2Ghz on 1.3v and my ram is running stock. Seemed to be running really well but i've noticed sometimes when double clicking folders Vista freezes a little and also just now no contents are showing up in folders!

I suspect it's my overclock, is it a case of upping the volts a touch? Prime 95 doesn't throw anything up after 4 hours.

Sorry to double post, can anyone suggest a forum that might know about this kind of thing? I know it hasn't been up long but I'm impatient (and a little worried about my rig).
