Hi all
Since I got a microsoft wireless keyboard/mouse combo (https://www.microsoft.com/en-ww/acc...rgonomic-desktop?activetab=overview:primaryr2) my Win11 PC won't sleep any more. If I unplug the usb receiver, the PC sleeps as normal.
I've unchecked "allow this device to wake computer" in device manager for the dual wireless keyboard receiver (mouse and keyboard center) device.
All the other sleep settings appear fine (as evidenced by the fact that the computer sleeps as expected when this thing isn't plugged in).

Anyone know any tricks/advice on how to resolve this? It's so bad that even when the screens switch off after a couple of minutes as per the settings, they immediately switch on again.

Erp stops power being sent to usb ports
Definitely if pc is off it stopped my devices turning pc on
Not 100% sure how it works with sleep
As not at home to check on my pc
But worth trying

Edit in power plans advanced part
There's also selective usb suspend option
Which may also be worth a try

2nd edit
In bios should have an allow the pc to be woken/not woken by mouse/keyboard option
Selective suspend didn't change the behaviour either.

I must point out that it's not going to be related to bios. The PC isn't actually even getting to try to sleep. As soon as the screens blank/turn off, they come back on again. This happens after a couple of minutes of inactivity, whereas sleep happens after 10 minutes.

So, the search for the culprit has been narrowed down.
If I disable the AMD external events utility service, then all the power saving stuff works 100% as it should when the receiver is connected.

Raised it with AMD, but I'm not overly concerned as freesync doesn't really interest me.
