"Windows has blocked some Startup Programs" message: How to get rid?

How do I get rid of this annoying popup appearing randomly?:-

I Googled a solution but so far nothing works, the message still keeps appearing.

click to view them first.

see whats being blocked, and then start, run, msconfig and view the startup list and untick whatever is being blocked.

iirc in vista, you might be able to unblock them from when you first click to view them aswell? i had a client with this problem and i swear i didnt even need to go into msconfig.

Right click on the icon and see whats being blocked. It might be something nasty, or harmless, live rivatuner. Remove its entry from startup.
