Hello,
A friend of mine (who is a computer noob) did a windows update with windows vista 32 bit home premium. After the update it failed to start and he cannot fix it, because he has lost his disc (and I am too far away to help!).
He was wanting to upgrade anyway, so if he bought the 32 bit home premium upgrade version of windows 7, would he be able to carry out the update, or would he need to fix the error?
Thanks
