Windows has recovered from a serious error

Atm my comp seems to think it's fun to restart, when it does I get the "Windows has recovered from a serious error, send error report...", when I do it comes back saying the crash was caused by a device driver. Is this actually true? In Device manager I have no yellow question mark thingys and all drivers are up to date. What could be causing the crashes? My rig is overclocked but it's stable in Orthos, and most of the time during gaming/windows etc. I think it did happen before the overclock so I suppose that rules that out. It happens maybe once a day at random times.

On fully updated XP btw.

Memory maybe? Have you tried running Memtest?

i had this two weeks ago and almost sent my system back but then i found out it was because the case temp was getting to high.

Yea memtest passes ok aj. I think it may be due to temps, it's really humid where I am atm and i've had it on pretty much 24/7 these last few days and i'm on the top floor of a house with poor ventilation so I think I may knock it down a touch until it cools down a bit. Thanks for the advice.
