there is no magic app. apps which claim to make your computer faster don't.
do this:
- post your system specs https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy
- consider any recent changes to hardware or software
- use taskmanager to see if any resources are at or near 100% utilisation and if so which process is using it
- backup your important data

There is programs like CC cleaner but sometimes they can cause more harm than good!
check event viewer and list what others have said and people can help

'removing junk from registry' is not a thing you need to do. it won't help with your computer's performance issues.

First post and title makes it out to be a Windows based device but what you have posted the specs of is a Android set top box
