Windows Home Premium

I've got windows Home 32-bit Premium for originally, a netbook. However, I've sold the netbook and I'm considering it for my desktop, which is ideally, 64 bits.

It says 64-bit and 32-bit discs inside, so basically, both versions are the same package? I was thinking of exchanging my allegedly '32 bit' version with a '64 bit' version, but that doesn't seem necessary.

Can anyone confirm?

Are we talking about Windows 7, if you got the retail version then there are 2 discs in the box.

More importantly did you uninstall it from the netbook before selling it?

I didn't even get the wrapper off. Yeah, it's windows 7, upgrading for xp, although it would be a clean install!
