Windows Home Server 64 bit?

Been lookin on the Net for hours but cannot find the answer to this question

Is there a 64 bit version of Windows home server?

The reason i want 64 bit is because I have a lot of Virtual machines which quite easily use more than 4gb of ram. so 64bit is a must have.
I also want to merge my media server and work VM server into single hardware.

Why not flip this around and run Windows Home Server inside of VMware ESX, rather than host VMs inside it?
