Hey all I have just finished building my Windows Home server rig and have a number of questions that I hope someone can answer:
Firstly I have installed the connecter software on my 32bit vista lappie and created a user etc and made my first backup. And WHS has created a bunch of shared folders on the server including: Photos, Videos, Music etc but it is my understanding that I cannot drag and drop to these folders using windows explorer as there is the risk of corruption is this true? I have a vista ultimate 64bit rig that I was hoping to backup my music and videos from using this method. I know that the new powerpack update is due in the next couple of months but I want to start backing up my music and videos now.
Please advise.
