Well still stable, wonder why that tiny little voltage would have cause a lock up, after windows being up for so many hours

Thought I would just update you, Just over a weeks uptime now and no problems, I'm so happy that I got this one solved.....Thanks for all your suggestions

Are your "Samsung SpinPoint F4 EcoGreen 2TB SATA-II (HD204UI)'s" running happily with WHS then?

Yep they are running fine,I haven't noticed any problems anyway, am thinking of getting some more of them.

Thanks for the update (not enough of these around), and glad it's stable. I still don't really understand why a memory voltage issue would cause lock-ups at certain times of day :confused:
