WINDOWS HOME SERVER PP3 Tomorrow

Update to the above, PP3 should be available for download from 1800 GMT

"10AM Pacific time (Microsoft time) on Nov 24th 2009. So stated by Microsoft"

Dont forget to manually uninstall the Beta if you have already taken the plunge with PP3 Beta.
 
Installed, had a kitten when it said that I had three days to activate because of "hardware change", it activated OK over the internet but it had my heart racing for a second ;)
 
Careful with this. I applied PP3 last night, and neither of my Windows 7 x64 machines will upgrade the connector software. I get the unhelpful "The operation cannot be completed at this time" error. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software from the share, and numerous troubleshooting steps but haven't got anywhere with it.

No I'm at work so haven't had much chance. Have taken PP3 off and still can't get the connector to install, as well as all the troubleshooting steps. This happens every time a new PP is released - I always get this problem and it's what puts me off WHS everytime. Sooo frustrating.
 
All installed no probelms on my home server, that was without having previously installed the Beta. As with any update make sure you have your critical files backed up !
Seems some people are having problems with reactivation, even when the hardware has stayed the same, you'll just need to phone Microsoft (OEM software).
