Just like to ask if its worth signing up for the Windows Insider Program and is it safe ?

It’s worth it if you like to try beta operating systems.. with all the usual caveats.
I would say it is quite safe on the Release Preview Channel. The Beta and Dev channels carry greater risk and may be more suited to VM testing. Although, the current W11 Dev build seems very stable.
