Windows installation from within windows

Is it possible to install XP onto a new partition from within xp? Have a SATA Raid set up and dont want to have to go through the hassle of reinstalling the sata drivers in a fresh install if I can just install it onto my new harddrive from my current install, if you get what I mean?

Currently on hard drive A. Want to install xp to hard drive B + C (striped) into a partition I have created. Already copied most of my media files across to B + C to a different partition. Hopefully this is possible

It is, but it might be more hassle than it's worth.

Doing it will install windows on the other drive, but it will leave all the boot files on the current drive. So when you remove the current drive, you'll need to boot off the cd again and run fixboot/fixmbr.

Download Nlite and integrate the drivers into your windows CD.
