Sometimes I wish I was a software pirate. I bet the dodgy versions of Windows dont get these problems.
On my other machine I have Windows 7 Upgrade edition. It is legal, legitimate and licensed - as the machine also has a Windows XP Pro license.
I followed the guides online which used the 'double install' method to clean install an upgrade copy without having to go to the faff of installing XP first. At first, it worked.
Today when I turned the PC on, it was bleating at me that I was a victim of counterfeiting that that Windows was not genuine
any ideas?
