Hi everyone.
My new laptop which runs Windows 7 premium starts to freeze quite a lot now.
Its a Samsung 700G7A
I've had it for only a month, and what happens is either when i'm starting it up, or i'm just on it normal, it freezes for over a minute....nothing works...no mouse or keyboard.
I hit ctrl+alt+delete to go to the task manager, and I get a screen saying "preparing security options"
What does that mean and why is it slowing down my laptop?
